Categories, tags, and attributes
Taxonomies: Categories, Tags, Brands, Attributes. Yoast SEO: title, meta description, focus keyword. Brands are product_brand or Perfect WooCommerce Brands, not pa- attributes. Tags have no parent or image.
Several stores, one account
Connect 1, 3, or 10 WooCommerce stores to one WooDonkey account, based on your plan. Switch between them. Each store maintains its own currency and keeps data separate.
Role-based prices
Set unique regular and sale prices for specific WordPress roles on simple products. Wholesale or member roles see their custom pricing. Empty fields revert to the default product price.
Promotions, upsells, search, and waitlists run on the storefront through the companion plugin. They pick up your theme’s look. Most of them need no template editing. The search widget uses a shortcode.
Promotions
Create product, category, BOGO, and quantity tier discounts. Set percentage, fixed amount, or final price. Add exclusions, schedules, and roles. Display optional image badges or custom banners via shortcode.
Coupon-gated promotions
Optional coupon gate: promotions apply only when a code is in the cart. One shared code unlocks multiple deals. The gate applies the discount, offers remain visible on the storefront.
Recurring promotions
Offer fixed-amount discounts that repeat for every full multiple of a matched spend. For example, get 100 off per 400 spent. This applies to product or category promotions.
Type a promotion in plain words
Describe your promotion in plain words, such as 30% off all apparel. AI drafts the basic rule for you, needing 5 characters. Review the generated rule and then turn it on.
Coupons
Manage WooCommerce coupons with auto-apply, dates, and usage limits. Percent coupons can calculate from original prices. Add free gift products to the cart. Variable products cannot be gifts.
Add-to-cart popup
After add-to-cart, display matching products and a free-shipping progress bar. The bar uses its own eligibility amount. Recommendations come from WooCommerce upsells and cross-sells. Track revenue from popup additions.
AI cross-sells
AI scans your catalog and ranks product matches for cross-sells. Generate does not push WooCommerce. Approving these writes directly to WooCommerce cross-sell IDs. Existing WooCommerce cross-sells remain. Nothing publishes automatically.

Enforce minimum, maximum, or step quantities, like selling in packs. This manages order size, not discounts. Optional price-per-unit displays on the product page and in the cart for clarity.
On-site search
A live search widget matches keywords in titles and content as shoppers type. Customize its look. See top searches and zero-result terms on your dashboard. Place with a shortcode.
Back-in-stock waitlist
Shoppers sign up for waitlists via a form on out-of-stock product pages. View the queue and export it as CSV. Shoppers can join first. Restock emails send only after you enable notifications.

Orders
Open orders, change status, and view order details. Customer history (email required) is shown. Status changes write directly to WooCommerce. Order creation, refunds, or line-item edits are not supported.
Customers
View registered and guest customers, their total spend, and order counts. Access billing and shipping profiles. Export customer data to CSV. No need to export to another tool.
Shipping
Manage shipping zones, methods, and classes. Add smart rules to surcharge, discount, or grant free shipping by subtotal or weight. Smart free shipping zeroes matching rates, not creating a new WooCommerce method.
Checkout Fields
Customize native checkout fields: reorder, rename, hide, require, set width. Add custom fields like text, dropdown, checkbox, number, date, radio, file upload. Fields are billing, shipping, or general.
WooCommerce settings
Edit WooCommerce General, Products, Tax including rates, Payments, Accounts and Privacy, and Advanced settings. Configure these without opening WordPress directly. Shipping Rules, Emails, and Checkout Fields are managed elsewhere.
Users and roles
Find store users, change their roles, and send password resets. Create custom roles and mark them for separate product pricing on simple products. Core roles cannot be deleted.
Hide content on the storefront
Hide products, pages, or categories from the shop, search, and archives by role. Unauthorized visitors can see a 404 or a redirect. This controls storefront display, not API access.
Access after purchase
Grant a WordPress role or LearnDash course when a product purchase completes. Optionally revoke access if the order is refunded or cancelled. Course tools appear when LearnDash is active.
Email, gift cards, reviews, and a store affiliate program are native. Automations stay off until you arm them. The affiliate program stays off until you enable it.
Email builder
Visually build WooCommerce emails with drag-and-drop blocks like headings, images, product grids, order details, addresses, and buttons. Use merge tags, send test emails, and preview on desktop and mobile.
Email automations
Trigger emails for new/first orders, spend thresholds, specific products, abandoned carts, or inactive customers. Add follow-up waits, cap frequency, and include optional personal coupons. New automations start disabled.
Gift cards

Product reviews
Verified-buyer reviews can be submitted when an order includes that product, processing or completed. Reviews are pending, then Publish or Reject. Shortcodes manage the rating form, carousel, plus optional request-thank-you emails.
Store Affiliates
Run a merchant referral program. Partners promote with link and coupon. Manage applications, commissions, payouts. This program is disabled until store affiliates enabled, and is separate from WooDonkey’s program.
Dashboard and analytics
See Total sales, Orders, Average order, New customers, and Refunds. Net sales are calculated after shipping and refunds, with tax not deducted. Compare these key metrics against previous periods.
AI executive summary
Generate a short AI executive summary of your period, in your dashboard language. It includes suggested next steps. This feature uses AI credits. KPIs still show if credits run out.
In-app assistant
Ask about products, orders, customers, and store totals directly in chat. This admin assistant in the dashboard reports from your data. It makes no changes to your store.
Search insights
Search statistics show top terms, zero-result searches, and click-through. A term is zero-result if no products, categories, posts, or pages were found for it in the selected period.
