All purchasing, payment processing, license issuance, subscription management (including upgrades/downgrades and cancellations), account management related to orders, and invoice generation are handled by a Third-Party Platform (currently Freemius). The Company does not process card payments directly on the Site and does not operate billing user accounts on the Site for these transactions.

Your use of the checkout and licensing flow may also be subject to the Third-Party Platform’s terms and privacy practices in addition to these Terms. In the event of a conflict, these Terms govern your relationship with the Company regarding the Site and Products, and the Third-Party Platform’s terms govern payment processing and their platform services.

For paid Products, renewals may occur automatically at the end of each Subscription Term if enabled at checkout or within the Third-Party Platform settings. Support does not include custom development, bespoke feature work, third-party theme/plugin conflict resolution beyond reasonable diagnostics, server administration, malware cleanup, performance tuning outside the Product’s scope, or restoration of your site, content, or database.

We may release updates to improve security, compatibility, performance, or features. You are responsible for applying updates, maintaining backups, and using safe deployment practices (including staging environments when appropriate).

Where applicable under the Refund Policy, and at the Company’s sole discretion, the Company’s obligation shall be limited to providing a refund or credit for the purchase price of the relevant paid Product, and nothing more.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

15) Third-Party Services, Dependencies, and External Changes
Products may integrate with or depend on third-party platforms and services, including WordPress, WooCommerce, themes, plugins, hosting providers, and external APIs. The Company is not responsible for third-party availability, changes, downtime, or incompatibilities introduced by third parties.

If third-party changes impact functionality, the Company may make commercially reasonable efforts to address compatibility, but does not guarantee continued compatibility with every third-party version or configuration.

16) Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Site and Products (including code, design, text, branding, and documentation) are owned by the Company or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws.
