Manage WordPress users from the dashboard. Shoppers still check out on WooCommerce. Site Users is live through the companion. It is not the Customers list and not your WooDonkey login.
What it is
In the sidebar, open Site Settings, then Site Users. The page lists every WordPress user on the connected store, not only buyers. Roles & Permissions is a different sidebar item. Customers is a different sidebar item.

Problems you may hit, and how to fix them
- Symptom: Failed to load users. Fix: Install and activate the companion, then open Settings and confirm Store data sync can talk to the store.
- Symptom: No users found. Fix: Clear Search and set All roles. If the store has no WordPress users besides you, the empty copy is expected.
- Symptom: Export to CSV is disabled. Fix: Connect a store first. This page has no Connect store card.
- Symptom: Export failed. Fix: Keep at least one column checked. Retry after the companion is reachable.
- Symptom: Password must be at least 6 characters. Fix: Expected. Use 6 or more characters, or leave New Password (optional) blank.
- Symptom: Filling Edit User did not create a user. Fix: Expected. Create the WordPress user in wp-admin. This dialog only edits an existing row.
- Symptom: The row shows several role badges, but Edit User has one Role select. Fix: Expected. The select starts with the first listed role. Saving sends that one role.
