How to edit a product image and remove its background

WooDonkey’s image editor is non-destructive – edits are saved as new media, so your originals stay intact.

Steps

1. Open a product, go to its images, and open the image editor for the image you want to change.
2. On the Adjust tab, fine-tune brightness, contrast, shadows, highlights, saturation, and crop.
3. For an AI change, switch to the AI edit tab and describe the change you want.
4. To remove the background, click Remove Background – it produces a clean white background with a natural shadow.
5. Preview the result (previews are free), then save/approve to keep it.

Good to know

• Editing and previewing are free; you’re only charged credits when you save an AI image edit or approve a background removal.
• Quality on reflective, transparent, or very complex products isn’t guaranteed.
