How to create an account and sign in

Create an account at app.woodonkey.com. Confirm the email, then sign in. The setup wizard is next. Shoppers still buy on WooCommerce.

What it is

These are the public auth screens, not a sidebar product. Signup is https://app.woodonkey.com/signup. Sign in is https://app.woodonkey.com/login. After a confirmed email account, WooDonkey opens the setup wizard. That wizard is How to connect a store and finish setup. Partner application and Bookings staff login are not this page.

How it helps you

You start a 14-day trial without a card, confirm the email, and come back with Sign in or Google. Password reset does not tell a stranger whether the email exists. Shoppers never use these screens.

What is included

  • Signup: Title Create your WooDonkey Account. Subtitle Start a 14-day trial. Get 100 free AI credits. No card required. Button Sign up with Google. Divider or. Fields Full name, Email, Password (min 6). Button Create account. Pending Creating account… Footer Already have an account? link Sign in.
  • Signup toasts: This email is already registered. Try signing in instead. Check your email to confirm your account. Something went wrong.
  • Confirm your email screen: After Create account. Title Confirm your email. Subtitle We sent a confirmation link to EMAIL. Click it to activate your account. Line Didn’t get it? Check your spam folder, or try again. try again returns to the form.
  • Confirm link page: Title Confirming your email… Subtitle Just a moment while we activate your account. Failure title Confirmation failed. Copy This confirmation link is invalid or has already been used. Link Back to sign up. A working merchant confirm then opens the setup wizard.
  • Sign in: Title Welcome. Subtitle Sign in to your WooDonkey account. Button Continue with Google. Divider or. Fields Email, Password. Link Forgot?. Checkbox Remember me (default on). If it is off, the session ends when the browser closes. Button Sign in. Pending Signing in… Toast Welcome back! Footer New to WooDonkey? link Create an account.
  • Already signed in: Opening login sends you onward (dashboard or onboarding). Google returns through login.
  • Reset password: Title Reset password. Subtitle We’ll send you a reset link. Field Email. Button Send reset link. Pending Sending… Toast If an account exists for that email, a reset link is on its way. Link Back to sign in.
  • New password: From the email link. Title New password. Subtitle Choose a new password for your account. Field New password (min 6). Button Update password. Pending Updating… Toast Password updated. Then dashboard.
  • Log out: Signed-in sidebar footer, below Support. Label Log out.
  • Not this page: No card field on signup. No partner application. No Bookings staff login. No shortcode. WooDonkey does not show Google’s own consent labels.

How to turn on and manage each capability

Create an account

  1. Open https://app.woodonkey.com/signup. Fill Full name, Email, and Password.
  2. Click Create account, or click Sign up with Google and finish Google’s screens.

Confirm the email

  1. Open the confirmation email and click the link.
  2. Wait for Confirming your email… then the setup wizard. If the mail is missing, on Confirm your email click try again and check spam.

Sign in

  1. Open https://app.woodonkey.com/login. Enter Email and Password, and leave Remember me on unless you want the session to end when the browser closes.
  2. Click Sign in, or click Continue with Google.

Reset the password

  1. On login click Forgot?, enter Email, and click Send reset link.
  2. Open the email, set New password, and click Update password.

Log out

  1. In the sidebar footer, find Log out below Support.
  2. Click Log out.

What to know before you start

  • Password minimum is 6 characters.
  • The trial is 14 days and 100 AI credits. No card on signup.
  • Google is optional.
  • Remember me is on by default.
  • The confirm link is one-time.
  • The reset toast does not reveal whether that email has an account.
  • After confirm, connect the store with How to connect a store and finish setup.

Problems you may hit, and how to fix them

  • Symptom: This email is already registered. Try signing in instead. Fix: Open login and click Sign in, or use Forgot? if the password is unknown.
  • Symptom: Confirm your email, but no mail. Fix: Check spam. Click try again on that screen.
  • Symptom: Confirmation failed, or This confirmation link is invalid or has already been used. Fix: Click Back to sign up and create the account again only if Sign in fails.
  • Symptom: Session gone after closing the browser. Fix: Sign in with Remember me on.
  • Symptom: Something went wrong on signup. Fix: Click Create account again. If the email is already registered, use Sign in.
  • Symptom: Reset toast appeared but no mail. Fix: Check spam. The toast also appears when the email is not an account, so try Sign in or Create an account.
